I love a spa visit but wasn't in the mood for a body massage so I thought I would try this. The different products smelled amazing and the scalp massage was so relaxing. The room was cozy and had dim lights and peaceful music. Once I'd completely chilled out I then went for a blow dry and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. This place is great and if you've never had a head spa I highly recommend it. Total relaxation without even having to go to a spa, brilliant!

Lily did my Keratin Straightening Treatment and she was incredibly meticulous. As my hair is thick, the process ended up taking an hour longer than expected, but Lily never rushed a single step and stayed late to make sure it was done well. Great customer service throughout the cut and she checked at each stage that I was happy, very happy with the end result!
